Every intake is read by a licensed clinician in your state. They approve, adjust, ask you questions, or decline; nothing about it is automatic. If we are not the right care for your situation, we say so and point you somewhere better.
A licensed pharmacy compounds it
Approved prescriptions go to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy that prepares your protocol per-patient against your prescription, cold-chain when required. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; your clinician weighs that in every decision.
